Back in October last year I booked a 2 day wedding photography course with The Trained Eye in Amersham. I left feeling inspired, ready to become the next big thing. Life, as ever had other plans and work commitments soon took over leaving my photography work ticking over in the background.
This summer I was fortunate enough to be able to take a couple of months off work with the idea of really getting my business moving and to also try and fit in some more training. Based on my previous experience I had no hesitation in booking on the September four day wedding seminar with The Trained Eye.
The course covered all the essential items including the methodology of modern wedding photography as well as editing and workflow, marketing and also a full days shoot at Bisham Abbey and Hedsor House in Buckinghamshire. As before, the instructors David McNeil, Jodie Chapman and Mike Gerrard were brilliant, willing to offer their secrets whilst motivating and inspiring their students. Whilst some of the topics had been covered on the first course it was great to be able to consolidate that information and still learn plenty of new methods and techniques.
